Join us on Tuesday 13 October at 11.30am, when we’ll explore the proposed changes to the Acas Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures and what they could mean for employers.
We'll look at how Acas has proposed amending the existing Code and what these changes could mean for organisations. The session will also consider what employers will need to think about when implementing their disciplinary and grievance procedures in future, as well as the importance of compliance with the Code when it comes to potential employment tribunal claims.
Rebecca McGuirk will be joined by Anna Scott to share insights and practical guidance on preparing for the proposed changes and ensuring procedures remain fair, compliant and effective.
Please send over your questions in advance, and we look forward to seeing you there!
