10 October 2024 is World Mental Health Day and this year's theme is "it is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace". This theme highlights how important it is for businesses to address mental wellbeing at work and proactively support the mental wellbeing of their staff.
Join us this Tuesday 8th October, where we will be taking your questions on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. We'll be discussing topics such as our tips for implementing wellbeing strategies, what practices employers should adopt to support good mental health and flagging potential pitfalls. We'll also be considering how Labour's proposals for a "right to switch off" and a four day working week might impact wellbeing.
Jennifer Barnett and Imogen Reseigh will be joining Rebecca McGuirk to take your questions; please also send in any questions in advance. We look forward to seeing you there!
