In this week's Trowers Tuesday, Tom Stephenson and Olivia Henry join Rebecca McGuirk to look at the tricky topic of dealing with employees who don't fit in.
The team will give their top tips on how to manage situations arising from a variety of issues, including where individuals won't engage in the culture journey, where individuals are not acting in accordance with the employer's values, personality clashes, or wider personal circumstances. They will also discuss how employers can support and accommodate individuals who feel like that they don’t fit in.
