With organisations across all sectors reporting significant numbers of workplace disputes, the session will cover how to identify a whistleblowing complaint as opposed to a 'regular' grievance, how to conduct investigations depending on whether you are dealing with whistleblowing or a grievance and top tips for reducing workplace disputes.
