Trowers & Hamlins invite junior surveyors to join us for an in-person afternoon training session followed by drinks and networking.
Members of our contentious and non-contentious Real Estate teams will be explaining what junior surveyors need to know - with plenty of practical examples - in order to manage commercial real estate assets effectively. The topics we will be covering will include:
- 1954 Act: overview, termination and contracting out
- Insolvency and its effect on commercial landlords
- Service charges and caps in commercial leases
- Heads of Terms
Speakers will include Darrell Chiheb and Lindsey Whittle from our Property Litigation team, as well as George Dowson and Leanne Griggs from our Real Estate team.
