Webinar: Subsidy Control – are you ready?
Though enacted in in April 2022 most of the Subsidy Control Act (together with statutory guidance and regulations) only comes into force on the 4th January 2023. This signals major changes for the public, private and third sectors. This session focuses on the practical steps you need to have in place for the 4th January.
