The pandemic has shone a light on mental health issues and Laura Welchew and Olivia Henry will be joining Emma Burrows to answer your questions about how to manage mental health issues in the workplace.

They will be looking about the new standards and expectations of support to employees, and also how to manage disabilities and avoid claims under the Equality Act.

This will be a Q&A session, so please submit any questions in advance using the registration form, and we will aim to answer as many as possible during the session.
