To finish our series about The Great Resignation, this week we'll be covering the restrictions and opportunities posed by Brexit and knock on changes to right to work laws. Vikki Cunliffe, Associate and employment specialist at Trowers & Hamlins will be joined by Kapil Pankhania of Fragomen who specialises in all things immigration.
Together they'll be talking about the staffing issues and opportunities posed to employers by changes to immigration laws, mitigating the risk of employment claims and the new challenges posed by employees requesting to work abroad.
