Successful regeneration schemes need to ensure affordability, deliver well-designed buildings and high quality spaces whilst making sure that local residents and communities are central to the planning and design process.

Estate regeneration is complex in nature. There are a number of factors local authorities need to consider when delivering schemes; from meaningful consultation and choice of the optimum delivery mechanism, through to considering the decarbonisation obligations in order to meet the UK government's target to Net Zero by 2050.

We are bringing together a panel of speakers to talk about some of these issues and to provide their experience delivering estate regeneration schemes.

Our confirmed panellists include:

  • Barbara Brownlee, CEO of Soho Housing
  • Catherine Cummings, Consultant, Hillingdon Council
  • Paul McDermott, Partner, Trowers & Hamlins

Estate regeneration made easy

We are also delighted to launch our A-Z guide on estate regeneration during this webinar. The guide unpicks some of the key issues faced by local authorities when delivering estate regeneration schemes. All webinar attendees will receive a copy of the comprehensive guide following the webinar.
