In the hope that we may be able to go further afield this Summer, our next Trowers Tuesday on 11 May at 11:30 am is on holidays.
Rebecca McGuirk and Jennifer Barnett will cover the basics of statutory holiday entitlement and how holiday pay is calculated, as well as how holiday and sick leave coexist and the position on holidays for casual and zero hours workers. They will also discuss what rights and restrictions are in place for employers when dealing with staff who have carried over extra holiday from 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic and what you might wish to think about if you have employees going abroad this Summer.
This will be a Q&A session so please submit any questions in advance using the registration form and we will aim to answer as many as possible during the session.
