We're being asked for advice on many different areas including:
- requiring staff to be in the workplace
- asking staff to take a Covid-19 test
- carrying out processes remotely
- questions about furlough ending and the Job Support Scheme starting
- pension liabilities
- the unintended consequences of continuing to work from home
- moving staff permanently to an agile way of working
