With so many issues to consider during the current COVID-19 pandemic, the need to protect reputation can easily be forgotten.  But reputation is a key asset to all organisations, and is fundamental to enhancing business value.  We have already seen a number of businesses make PR mistakes which have undoubtedly led to very significant and widespread harm being caused to their reputations, and to their wider brands.

Given the uncertainties surrounding the current environment, it is difficult to plan definitively for all issues that will arise.  There are nevertheless steps that organisations can take to protect their reputations, now and in the longer term.

Some of the topics we will discuss will be:

  • How traditional defamation law applies to online
    publications and platforms
  • How data breaches can affect reputations
  • The reputational harm that can by caused to organisations by past and present employees
  • The legal and practical steps that can be taken to respond to a reputation management crisis

We will also be taking your questions throughout the session and we have included a box in the registration link below to submit your questions ahead of the webinar.  Please note that the register button will take you to an external Zoom page.
