The event will be co-chaired by Shelagh Grant, Chief Executive of The Housing Forum and Emma Burrows from Trowers & Hamlins will be answering your questions. She's used to responding to questions on the following topics for starters:

  • Bringing people back to work and employees who aren't happy with your plans
  • Moving to permanent changes in the workforce
  • Changes to terms and conditions
  • Redundancies
  • Permanent working from home
  • Furloughing, including flexible furlough
  • Supporting employees' mental health.
