How can we help you?

We are delighted to invite you to our procurement webinar.

As the country and economy slowly eases out of lockdown, not only does the prospect of a recession await, but also some sectors may fair worse than others. Further, the "new normal" is likely to see not only state support and intervention continuing for a period of time but also new working practices develop and become the norm – from greater use of digital and drone technology to replace traditional inspection and surveying, virtual meetings, a further shift towards use of Design for Manufacture and Assembly technologies, along with steps towards automation and supply chain re-engineering. A return to the "old" normal is not an option if productivity is to be maintained if not increased in an era of continuing social distancing.

Never before has attention to contract terms and procurement exercises been more important; our regular July procurement update session – to be hosted as a webinar – will cover recent cases both within the UK and in Europe on procurement law topics such as limitation defences, automatic suspension, specific disclosure, abandonment of procurements, co-operative procurements, central purchasing authorities and modifications to a procurement process.

This session will be recorded and made available on our website. Please see our fair processing notice for full details on how this data will be handled.
