In our next Trowers Tuesday session on 21 July 2020 at 11:30am, we will be continuing our Maximising Inclusivity month with Danielle Ingham and Tom Stephenson answering your questions sex discrimination and working parents.

The challenge faced by working parents balancing employment with responsibilities at home is nothing new.  However, the Covid-19 pandemic has seen employers adapting quickly to different ways of working and has changed expectations of what the future might look like for working parents. We will be discussing topics like:
  • Will the pandemic lead to a lasting shift in the 'traditional' roles and working responsibilities of parents?
  • Do working parents now effectively have a 'right' to work from home?
  • How can employers support particularly vulnerable groups in the face of a changing workplace, such as sole parents and BAME employees?
  • Should employers be reviewing their family policies and benefits to promote greater equality and inclusivity?

This session will be recorded and shared on our website/socials. To see the full details of how the data will be managed, please see our fair processing notice.

We have included a box to submit any questions ahead of the webinar on the registration page - please note the register button will take you to an external Zoom page.
