Following the success of our recent workshops covering the basics of the charging process, this workshop focuses on the latest developments in the area and more advanced strategies for successful charging.
The workshop is designed for Treasury and Development professionals with at least a basic knowledge of the charging process. By the end of the session you will have an in-depth understanding of:
- Latest legal and post-election political updates impacting the charging process
- Strategies to maximise the value of your stock
- Setting up development acquisitions for charging success
- Charging in the 2020s: how will the charging process evolve at the start of the new decade?
Once again the session will be interactive, allowing you to share your experiences with senior members of our Real Estate Finance Security team and with other borrowers.
