How can we help you?

Our next Counsel Club roundtable will take place on Wednesday 27 November at The Ivy in Birmingham, focussing on the role of In-House Counsel in the diversity and inclusion agenda.

In this session we will consider the role that legal counsel have in the development of a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. We will be discussing whether you feel there is an advantage from having a more diverse legal profession and the way in which in-house counsel can assist to speed up the pace of change which some feel is still relatively slow within the legal profession. We will also consider how in-house counsel play a role within their own organisations to develop a more inclusive and diverse workforce. We will allow you the opportunity to discuss with your peers your own challenges and views. The roundtable will be subject to Chatham House rules to encourage open discussion between attendees so you can share thoughts, ideas and previous experiences.

Spaces will be limited to 20 places for each roundtable. If you wish to attend, please complete your details and click the button to confirm your attendance, and any questions you would like us to address on the day.

We would be delighted if you were able to join us and look forward to seeing you on Wednesday 27 November.
