At Trowers & Hamlins we embrace diversity and recognise that everyone is different. With this in mind, the firm has designed an online employee benefits system (th&me) for selecting benefits and providing a total reward statement.
Th&me gives employees greater visibility and control of their reward package, enabling them to access information 24/7 and allowing them to make benefit choices online. For the UK these selections currently include pension, holiday buy/sell, childcare vouchers, life assurance buy/sell and a cycle2work scheme. International employees can flex their holiday and life assurance.
We believe this makes a real difference to how we communicate with our employees regarding their benefits. Feedback and the increased participation of our staff supports this view.
