Xin Yi joined Trowers & Hamlins from a leading Malaysian law firm and is experienced in assisting clients on a range of matters in the data privacy, telecommunications, media and technology space, including drafting IT contracts. She also assisted clients in various corporate and commercial matters and has acted on local and cross-border M&A transactions in a variety of industries including media, technology, manufacturing, tourism and retail / F&B.
