Jessica Wee
Jessica is a lawyer in the International Department of Trowers & Hamlins, based in our Kuala Lumpur office. She joined in October 2021 from a top tier Malaysian law firm.
Jessica advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions; capital markets; corporate advisory and compliance matters. She is experienced in working with an array of multinational clients in respect of mergers and acquisitions including, corporate restructurings; joint ventures; and takeovers.
Jessica has experience in advising a range of clients, including governmental institutions, banks, and operating businesses, in various sectors including private equity, financial services, leasing & hire purchase, telecommunications, healthcare, food & beverage, insurance, education and aviation.
