Helena Wade

Helena is a third seat trainee and currently working in the Projects and Construction team. She assists on a range of non-contentious commerical construction matters for private and public developer clients. She has experience in assisting in the drafting and negotiating of key construction contracts and related documentation.

She has previously worked in the Real Estate (Investment and Development) team and the Travel and Tourism (Dispute Resolution) team.
