Keshini Vivekananda
Keshini is a lawyer in the International Corporate Department of Trowers & Hamlins, based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
She joined in November 2023 from a reputable Malaysian law firm. Keshini has experience in advising both public listed and private companies in a diverse array of corporate and commercial matters including cross-border transactions, IPOs, shareholders' arrangements as well as corporate advisory and governance. She has acted on transactions across various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, tobacco and telecommunications.
