He advises on a range of renewable energy and infrastructure projects including district heating/cooling, utility connections, micro-generation, renewables and storage, electric vehicles and the procurement of associated energy related infrastructure.Ryan also advises social landlords (either registered providers or local authorities) on the procurement and delivery of Government funding programmes such as, the Warm Homes: Social Housing Decarbonsiation Fund (formerly known as the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund). This also includes offering support on the terms of the government's grant funding arrangements and the interface between the grant funding agreement and the construction contracts used to deliver the energy efficiency works.
