Simon Read
Simon is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Sales and Home Ownership department.
Simon specialises in residential development work, acting for both private developers and land owners. He advises on site acquisitions, development and site set up work, including related infrastructure agreements and financing.
Simon has extensive experience of advising on and drafting option agreements, conditional contracts, complex transfers, deeds of easement, leases and licences in relation to a wide range of residential development schemes.
Simon also works on leasehold enfranchisement and lease extension matters for portfolio landlords, and a variety of transactions for some of the firm's valued private and commercial clients.
