Andrew is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution department, specialising in commercial litigation.
Andrew advises clients on a variety of contentious matters, with a particular emphasis on breach of contract claims, enforcement of restrictive covenants and franchise disputes. He has acted for a broad range of clients, from high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses to technology start-up companies and global technology manufacturers.
Andrew is experienced in High Court matters, obtaining both domestic freezing orders and injunctive relief for previous clients.
Andrew is admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and in England and Wales.
