Tessa Pang Walsh


Tessa is an Senior Associate in the real estate finance security team and is based in our Manchester office.

Tessa acts for a variety of clients including registered providers, charitable organisations, private clients and public sector bodies with a focus on property charging and refinancing work, as well as leading AI-assisted large scale property due diligence projects in the real estate sector.

In particular, Tessa is actively engaged in the strategic implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance the firm's real estate service offerings, including leveraging advanced legal technologies to streamline legal processes enabling the firm to deliver services such as large scale legal document reviews (including in-depth reviews of leases, transfers, planning documents, tenancy agreements, managing contracts), title due diligence and property portfolio analysis more swiftly and cost-effectively.

Tessa also has vast experience in more general property work including property portfolio acquisitions and disposals, drafting residential and commercial leases, negotiation planning agreements and certificates of title – all within both the open market and affordable housing sector.
