Eddie O'Hanrahan
Eddie has considerable experience acting for sponsors, funds, private companies and other borrowers on a variety of domestic and multi-national financings, both syndicated and bilateral.
With a focus on 'all things real estate' Eddie's practice has a particular emphasis on property finance, corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and development/regeneration projects.
His recent experience includes advising longstanding client Global Net Lease (GNL) on its £230 million cross-jurisdictional refinancing and helping GNL put in place its strategic long term funding solution to support its on-going growth.
Eddie is noted for his ability to appreciate both commercial drivers and technical issues whilst displaying a pragmatic and down to earth approach.
