Shiladitya Majumdar is a Senior Associate in the International Corporate team and is based in our Dubai office.
Shil is an English-law qualified lawyer with extensive experience across corporate and commercial matters. He has been practicing in the UAE since 2015 and regularly advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and various commercial matters such as employment, company law matters, franchises and service agreements, across various industry sectors including healthcare, fashion, retail, food, oil and gas, construction and technology.
