Emma Mitchell-Cowley


Emma has non-contentious construction experience advising private sector developers, funders and public bodies on a wide range of construction law.

Her experience includes advising on drafting and negotiating a variety of construction documents including building contracts, professional appointments, agreements for lease, forward funding agreements and many associated transactional documents. Emma works across a number of sectors, principally within the residential and office markets, healthcare, education and student accommodation sectors.
