Emma Luscombe

Emma particularly deals with estate administration matters for both taxable and non-taxable estates, and has recently been assisting in estates involving non-UK residents, and assets in multiple jurisdictions. Emma also works with the Partners in the team where they have been appointed as Independent Administrators and assists with the administration of the estate, including preparation of the probate papers and post-probate administration.

Emma also assists the Associates and Partners within the team with Will and deed drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney and attorneyship affairs.
