Stanley Kamalu


Stanley provides advice to a range of clients including developers, investment funds and building owners, banks and lenders, private individuals, professional consultants and contractors on all stages of the construction process.

Stanley has transactional experience advising on non-contentious construction matters across the real estate sector including forward funding developments and residential/commercial property projects. His knowledge includes the drafting and negotiation of building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, and development and funding agreements. He also advises on the construction aspects of development finance, real estate and corporate transactions.

Stanley is a founding committee member of the London Development Network (LDN), a construction and property focused networking group.
