Sonia Jubane


Sonia specialises in real estate development work where she acts for large national developers and RPs in the acquisition of development sites for both private and affordable housing developments.    

She has a strong background in development work, having worked in both private practice but also within the in-house legal team of a national housebuilder. 

Sonia acts for developers and RPs on a wide range of transactions, including intra-group reorganisations, unit acquisitions and direct delivery schemes. Her work involves advising on all aspects of residential development transactions, including dealing with title matters and working with contracts such as development agreements and golden brick agreements.
