Jenny Ecart

Jenny assists on various aspects of trust administration including registration of onshore and offshore trusts on HMRC's Trust Registration Service (TRS) and the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Trusts (CRBOT), preparation of inheritance tax accounts to report exits and ten year anniversaries of trusts which form part of the relevant property regime, preparation of Deeds to deal with changes of trustee and appointments out of trusts and the preparation of trustee tax returns. Jenny also assists with the preparation of Wills for non-domiciled individuals and international Wills including DIFC and ADJD Wills. Jenny will begin studying for the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations in February 2027 as the next step in her journey towards qualifying as a Solicitor.
