Private wealth

Holly is a Senior Paralegal in the Private Wealth department and is based in our Exeter office. She joined the firm in 2018 and worked in the Private Wealth department as the Legal Assistant until 2022 when she was promoted to Paralegal. She was then promoted to Senior Paralegal in 2025.

Holly assists the Solicitors within the team with a variety of matters, including drafting complex tax and estate planning documentation, drafting and registering Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.
