Tom Holroyd


Tom joined Trowers & Hamlins' Projects and Construction department in November 2012 from Pannone LLP.

Tom specialises in advising Registered Providers, local authorities and commercial clients on both contentious and non-contentious construction and procurement related matters.

Tom's work involves advising on the strategic risk management aspect of procurement processes and construction relationships and if the need arises, on all forms of dispute resolution having advised and represented clients at mediation, adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings in the County Court and High Court.

Tom has particular experience advising on the management and administration of construction and engineering contracts, including defects claims and claims for extension of time and loss and expense, with a view to resolving or avoiding disputes before the parties become entrenched in their positions.
