I am a Senior Paralegal specialising in clinical negligence, inquests and personal injury at Trowers & Hamlins, with experience acting for both claimants and defendants across a broad range of complex matters. My experience includes high-value and complex claims involving healthcare providers, as well as matters with cross-border elements requiring coordination with foreign jurisdictions and overseas legal teams. I have recently assisted in the successful conclusion of a complex personal injury claim in Portugal and a high-value claim against a tour operator in England and Wales. I also support on inquest proceedings, assisting with case preparation, investigations, evidence review and client support throughout what can be particularly sensitive and challenging proceedings. Having recently passed SQE1, I am continuing to build on my legal knowledge and progress towards qualification as a solicitor.
