Kevin is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate department and advises on a broad range of corporate and private equity matters. He is based in the London office.
Kevin advises on acquisitions and disposals, group restructurings, joint ventures, investments, management incentive packages and general corporate advisory matters. He has advised corporates, entrepreneurs, private equity houses and investee companies under private equity ownership across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, leisure, manufacturing and logistics.
