Dorota Estkowska


Dorota is a commercial property solicitor and works with clients on their most high profile and strategic investment and development projects. She has worked with commercial investors and developers, registered providers, local authorities and public sector bodies on a variety of diverse commercial property matters. 

Examples of her recent experience include:

  • - working with a local authority in relation to the due diligence health check in respect of a disposal of its commercial and community assets which consisted of over 250 properties
  • acting for a needs-let property developer with its £100+ million acquisition of over 150 properties combining freehold and leasehold titles
  • assisting with an acquisition of various development sites for a housing association for affordable housing development which included back-to-back agreements, exercising existing options and dealing with onerous covenants affecting the titles
  • acquisitions and disposals of high value property portfolios, renewable energy sites and development sites, including resolving complex and challenging issues arising with project documents.
