Victoria is a real estate finance security specialist with experience in property charging for large residential portfolios. She manages title and property due diligence, prepares certificates of title, handles Land Registry applications, and oversees post-completion formalities. Victoria also supports clients with title releases for rolling disposal programmes, ensuring transactions meet lender requirements and client timescales.

Victoria also specialises in large-scale due diligence projects to prepare properties in advance of charging, identifying and resolving issues that could affect lender acceptance, such as restrictions, defective clauses, and unregistered titles.

She also assists clients with large scale applications to update proprietorship details, including changes following Transfers of Engagement, registered address and name changes.
