Victoria specialises in the property aspects of charging portfolios of property, conducting title and property search due diligence, drafting certificates of title and preparing and dealing with Land Registry applications along with post completion formalities.
Along with a broad understanding of the various home ownership initiatives and tenancies which come along with Registered Provider property portfolios, Victoria has experience in dealing with property related matters such as boundary investigation, easements and wayleaves and commercial leases. Victoria also conducts the review of leases.
Victoria also has experience in dealing with property related dispute resolution and assisting in the development of property asset portfolios.
