Joshua Douglas-Booth


Joshua is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate team.

Joshua acts for a variety of clients including registered providers, private developers, charitable organisations and public sector bodies, with a particular emphasis on residential development.

He regularly advises on acquisitions in the form of golden brick arrangements, sub-sales, complex regeneration schemes and joint ventures. Joshua also has extensive experience in purchasing properties subject to section 106 agreements, by way of both conditional and unconditional agreements.

Excellent client care is at the heart of Joshua's approach in helping clients achieve their goals and deliver meaningful and often high profile real estate projects.

Highlights include: acting for a non-exempt charity in their ground breaking purchase of a church building, acting for a renowned pension fund following the creation of its for-profit RP and acting on the sale of a former care home.
