Tom Morrish


Tom is a construction lawyer specialising in construction and engineering disputes. 

Tom deals with a broad range of High Court and County Court litigation, adjudications, adjudication enforcement, commercial negotiations and mediations involving various issues, including defects, delay, final account issues and payment disputes.

His recent experience includes assisting in a complex multi-million pound High Court claim, acting for a supplier being sued by a large housing developer in relation to allegedly defective materials and has also recently advised on potential fire safety claims in relation to high-rise buildings.
