Nicola has non-contentious construction experience advising public bodies, landowners, funders, private sector developers and contractors on a wide range of construction law.
Her experience includes advising on drafting and negotiating a variety of construction documents including building contracts (including all major industry standard forms), strategic project documents, agreements for lease, professional appointments, asset protection agreements, forward funding agreements and many associated transactional documents.
Nicola works across a number of sectors, principally within the residential, retail, industrial and office markets, healthcare, education and student accommodation sectors.
