Nicky Challice


Nicky is a Paralegal with 20 years experience within the Travel, Tourism and Insurance Team based in the Exeter office.

Nicky deals with the day to day running of personal injury claims particularly where accidents have happened outside of England and Wales.

She deals regularly with both foreign lawyers and their insurers and has a good relationship with many foreign agents who assist with our cases. She deals with both Claimant and Defendant work as well as recoveries for Travel Insurers.

Nicky deals with claims against tour operators where the Package Travel Regulations apply, claims arising out of road accidents occurring outside of England and Wales including those where EU Motor Directives apply as well as accidents which have occurred in the air or at sea involving the Montreal Convention and the Athens Convention, and regularly advises clients in relation to the same.

Nicky has a sound knowledge of the Personal Injury Protocol for claims which can be pursued through the England and Wales jurisdiction and has the ability to guide clients through the process in a sympathetic manner.
