William Bethune
William is an associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Property Litigation department which he joined in 2014 having previously worked and trained in the West End.
William specialises in Leasehold Enfranchisement. William acts for both landlords and tenants advising on statutory and non-statutory lease extensions and freehold purchases, right to manage applications, right of first refusal and residential leases.
