Katie Burbridge


Katie is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department and is based in our Exeter office. 

Katie has experience assisting commercial clients with a broad range of property asset management disputes including 1954 Act lease renewals, dilapidations, debt recovery claims, obtaining vacant possession, nuisance and development disputes.

Katie has a particular interest in telecommunications disputes and provides strategic advice to site providers in respect of the Electronic Communications Code.

Katie also supports the firm's rural and agricultural team, advising on agricultural property disputes. Her work includes providing advice on estate management and TPOs, as well as easements, covenants, access rights and obtaining possession.
