John Bartlett
John is a Solicitor in our Real Estate department and has experience in both commercial and residential property transactions.
John acts for private and public sector clients, including investors, developers, local authorities and registered providers, in all aspects of real estate investment and development work.
Notable experience includes acting for investors in the care and supported living sectors, advising on the acquisition of development sites for residential schemes and new build care homes and assisting with the real estate aspects of re-financing a portfolio of in excess of one hundred properties.
