Jessica Barnes
Jessica is an Associate in the Projects & Construction team based in London, specialising in non contentious construction matters for both public and private sector clients.
She advises across the full lifecycle of built environment projects, from initial procurement strategy through contract negotiation and project delivery.
Jessica's experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction documents, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and associated security packages. Jessica has advised on major regeneration, residential, office and infrastructure schemes.
Jessica trained at the firm and worked in Oman for a sixth month period with the Projects, Energy & Infrastructure team.
