Gemma Bulley
Gemma specialises in all aspects of residential developments; with her client base primarily being private developers and land owners. She advises on site acquisitions, development, site set up and all matters leading up to individual plot sales.
Gemma drafts and negotiates development agreements, 'golden brick' contracts, conditional contracts, transfer deeds and other supplementary documentation. Gemma also advises on infrastructure matters such as s38/s278 and s104 Agreements.
Gemma also assists her clients in connection with financing developments including Joint Ventures, Investment Agreements and main stream financing.
