Emma has extensive experience acting for clients across the real estate sector and advises on all contentious property matters. 

Emma has particular expertise in development related disputes, including rights of light where she acts for developers, occupiers and insurers, property related insolvency matters, acting for banks, landlords and insolvency practitioners and telecommunications matters, acting for both landlords and operators.
