Aisling is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate team.
Aisling works for a variety of real estate clients but specialises in the acquisition of new build housing for RP's.
Aisling has a comprehensive knowledge of development matters; from acquiring development land including s106, golden brick and turnkey plots, often with grant funding and overage involved, to completing building leases, infrastructure documents, disposals and post completion matters. She collaborates with our planning and environmental colleagues to complete due diligence reports and investigates the title, often working through complex title issues including title amalgamations and ad medium filum applications to facilitate development.
Aisling assists with portfolio transfers for RPs that vary in size, as well as having a broad experience of dealing with property finance, asset management and landlord and tenant matters.
